  • Install Windows 2008 R2
  • Install HP Drivers – you should now have webcam, display and networking
  • Server Manager > Features > Add Feature > Wireless LAN Service
  • Run Windows Update
  • Set IP Address to static
  • Run dcpromo and setup domain
  • Disable IE ESC on Server Manager
  • Enable Windows Audio in Services and set to Automatic
  • Change System performance for Programs rather than Background Apps
  • Add the Desktop Experience Feature
  • Enable AD Certificates, DHCP, IIS and Hyper-V roles
