in my spare time, i spend most of either at the gym (not sure why), out cycling for charity (again not sure why) or helping to organise the lotus on track elise trophy - more details here.

apart from doing crazy cycle rides and racing my lotus, i do like a good gadget. the latest is my apple itouch which was a present from work - it can't get much better than that.
also home entertainment is always on my radar. i moved from sky+ to a topfield freeview box which was customised but it didn't do everything. with my ever increasing media collection - over two hundred gigabytes of photos and music, i needed to follow my brothers footsteps. i was torn between building my own system or purchasing a pre built system. i decided on the easy route of an acer l320 with external silent storage.
i also enjoy a bit of cooking, so i thought i would start collecting some recipes of great tasting food that i've discovered. recipes can be found here.
